Addabarie lies a few
kilometres away from Tezpur with the Jerashor river dividing its two divisions namely Addabari and Balipara. On the east,
Harchurah on the south, Seisa in the west and the great Himalayan snowcapped peaks overlooking the garden in the north evoke
a sense of wonder. The first plantation began in 1850. In 1977 the estate merged with
McLeod Russel which later become a part of the Magor Group.
